Following the announcement by the Minister of Finance of a grant for residents of the Gaza envelope who were evacuated or evacuated from their homes, and following the government's decision on the matter, the Israel Tax Authority opened the possibility of submitting online applications for the aid grant today. The grant is available to residents of the Gaza envelope who live from 0 to 7 kilometers from the Strip who were evacuated or evacuated from their homes as of October 7, 2023. The application process is simple and takes a few minutes. One of the spouses will fill out an online application form for the family unit. Children over the age of 18, even if they live with their parents, will submit a separate application for the grant.
Applications for the grant will be submitted on the Israel Tax Authority website and will be processed within 3 business days of submission, after the Authority has verified the bank account of the applicants.
